No two people are the same, which is why I don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions.

My work combines psychotherapy, coaching, and experiential methods such as psychodrama, movement, creative techniques, and emotional processing.

Together, we explore not only what is happening, but also how it is lived and experienced in your body, relationships, and daily life.

You can expect me to be both warm and direct. I will listen carefully, ask meaningful questions, and gently challenge you when needed.

Rather than offering quick answers, I help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself, your patterns, and the choices available to you.

Because lasting change rarely comes from insight alone. It happens when new ways of thinking, feeling, and relating are experienced and integrated into everyday life.

My Approach

Ways we can work together

No two journeys are the same, which is why I offer a variety of ways to work together. Whether you prefer the flexibility of virtual sessions, the connection of in-person experiences, the depth of an intensive, or the community of a retreat, workshop, or group program, we can find the format that best supports your goals and growth.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy offers a space to better understand what you're experiencing, process it safely and create meaningful movement where you feel stuck.

Whether you're navigating a life transition, trauma, recurring patterns, burnout, grief, anxiety or relationship challenges, our work is always tailored to your unique situation.

Coaching

Coaching is designed for people who feel ready to move forward.

While therapy often focuses on understanding and transforming deeper emotional patterns, coaching is more future-oriented, helping you gain clarity, make decisions, stay accountable and turn insight into action.

Beyond one-to-one coaching, you can also work with me through coaching intensives, personal and group retreats, workshops and group programs, creating different ways to deepen your learning and continue your journey.

Couples & Relationship Therapy

Relationships naturally evolve. As people grow and life changes, every relationship is invited to adapt.

Sometimes partners find themselves repeating the same arguments, feeling disconnected, rebuilding trust, questioning the future or simply struggling to understand one another. For partners navigating different cultures, languages or backgrounds, those differences can bring additional layers of complexity, but also opportunities to learn from one another and grow together.

Relationship therapy offers a space to understand what's happening beneath the surface, strengthen communication, deepen connection, and discover what your relationship needs next.

Often, that means growing together. Sometimes it means letting go with care, respect and integrity. Relationship therapy can support both.

Team Development & Corporate Well-Being

Healthy organizations are built on healthy relationships.

I design experiential workshops, team-building experiences, debriefs, trainings, retreats and tailored programs that strengthen communication, resilience, collaboration and emotional well-being.

Alongside team development, I also offer individual coaching and therapeutic support for employees navigating stress, burnout, leadership challenges, conflict or major life transitions.

Topics may include:

  1. ‍Emotional Well-being & Resilience

    1. Stress Management & Burnout Prevention

    2. Communication & Conflict Resolution

    3. Team Connection & Collaboration

    4. Leadership Development

    5. Culture Shock & Multicultural Teams

NOT SURE WHERE TO BEGIN?

You don't have to decide between therapy, coaching, an intensive, a retreat or a workshop before we speak.

During a Free Discovery Call, we'll explore your situation together and decide which way of working best supports your needs, goals and circumstances.

Moving Hearts Workshops & Retreats

Sometimes meaningful change happens when we step away from our daily routines and give ourselves the space to reconnect, reflect, and grow.

My workshops and retreats are designed to create that space through a unique blend of self-exploration, practical life tools, creativity, embodied practices, and meaningful human connection. Each experience is carefully designed to support personal growth, deeper self-awareness, emotional well-being, and a stronger connection to yourself and others.

Whether through a half-day workshop, immersive group experience, or transformational retreat, you'll be guided through a process that is both deep and accessible, offering insights and tools that can be integrated into everyday life.

Retreats take this experience even further, creating an opportunity to disconnect from daily demands, reconnect with yourself and nature, and return with renewed clarity, inspiration, and energy.

Every workshop and retreat is thoughtfully curated, highly personalized, and designed to foster meaningful transformation in a supportive and intimate environment.
